Orders All orders are subject to availability. I reserve the right to refuse any order placed. In the event that I need to cancel or change your order, I will notify you using the contact information you provided.

Payments All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed, the total price of the purchase is final.

Shipping & Delivery I ship worldwide, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Outside the EU customs fees, import taxes and VAT vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Liability I do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. I am not responsible for delays outside of my control or any damage or loss that occurs once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that original artwork and custom pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, email me at kissnikolettart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. I'll provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
